Directions Governing the Fees of the Sites Managed by Ge-otechnical engineering office, Public Works Department, Taipei City Government

  • Article 1
    The Directions are promulgated pursuant to Article 10 of Charges And Fees Act, and Article 6 of Regulations on Use of the Site and Facility managed by Taipei City Government and Subordinated Agencies.
  • Article 2
    The executive authority of the Directions is the Geotechnical Engi-neering Office, Public Works Department, Taipei City Government (hereinafter referred to as GEO).
  • Article 3
    The Directions are applied to the slope recreation sites under GEO.
  • Article 4
    The opening hour, using fee and deposit of the sites are shown in the attached charging standard table.
  • Article 5
    Applicants who are organizations and schools affiliated to the Taipei City Government are exempt from using fee and deposit.
  • Article 6
    The revenue from the using fees should be turned in to the municipal treasury in accordance with the law.
  • Article 7
    To cooperate with the Taipei City Government's policy, if there is pro-ject plan of the sites, the fees will be charged in accordance with the project plan.
